Pineapple Mango Secco Mimosa
Nothing says “welcome to summer” like a mimosa. And if you're having company over, nothing may say "welcome to my house" like a fun and delicious, Pineapple Mimosa recipe like the one I'm about to show you. Ingredients:
Tropicana Pineapple Mango Juice
Trader’s Joes Mango Secco Mangocini
Raspberries
Optional: Orange Wedge for Garnishment
Step by Step:
I used a 50/50 ratio of the mango secco mangocini and pineapple juice in this mimosas, but make sure you taste and adjust your drink to your liking. You may prefer as much as 2 parts secco mangocini to 1 part of the juice, or the opposite if you like a less alcoholic cocktail.
