Pineapple Mango Secco Mimosa

Nothing says “welcome to summer” like a mimosa. And if you're having company over, nothing may say "welcome to my house" like a fun and delicious, Pineapple Mimosa recipe like the one I'm about to show you. You're going to love this recipe not only because it is SO easy to make, but the flavor is out of this world. All you need are three ingredients and little bit of time and the work is done for you! (Don't forget to pin it so you have it...)

Ingredients:

  • Tropicana Pineapple Mango Juice

  • Trader’s Joes Mango Secco Mangocini

  • Raspberries

  • Optional: Orange Wedge for Garnishment

Step by Step:

I used a 50/50 ratio of the mango secco mangocini and pineapple juice in this mimosas, but make sure you taste and adjust your drink to your liking. You may prefer as much as 2 parts secco mangocini to 1 part of the juice, or the opposite if you like a less alcoholic cocktail.

Ta Da! A fresh tropical mimosa - perfect for brunch! Enjoy!
